[CMake] CMake 2.6.0 Beta ready for testing!

I must be doing something terribly wrong here, but files in
http://www.cmake.org/files/v2.6/ are using DOS newlines, which breaks things
under Linux. I converted a lot of them to the Unix convention and CMake built
correctly and worked fine for my projects.

What is the right way of building this version under Linux?
