[CMake] Adding C(XX)FLAGS by using an environment variable?

Try putting C options in CC environment variable, like

export CC='gcc -g'

This used to be documented at
http://www.cmake.org/Wiki/CMake_Useful_Variables,
but somebody removed it in error.
