[CMake] Suppression of progress reports in Makefiles?

No, but I don't think they add an significant amount of time to the 
build.  If it is a very small build, then well it is small.  If it is 
very large, then the percent of time spent printing out the progress 
will be small...  It is not something that is easy to remove.
