[CMake] EXECUTABLE_OUTPUT_PATH vs CMAKE_RUNTIME_OUTPUT_DIRECTORY

Does CMAKE_RUNTIME_OUTPUT_DIRECTORY affect where .EXE files get placed
or only DLL files?
