[CMake] FindASPELL.cmake finds /usr/bin/aspel with Find_Library

The find_library command was searching for the literal name "aspell" 
first before trying library prefixes and suffixes.  It should now be 
fixed.  You'll have to update CMake from CVS and recreate your build 
tree from scratch.
