[CMake] patches

I recently had to change source code for CPack to support the 
"Replaces:" and "Conflicts:" fields in Debian packages and I was 
wondering if there is a way to submit patches, or if anyone is even 
interested.  It's actually a very simple fix but I thought I'd check 
with the list.

Also, what is the best way to search the list archives?  I have not had 
much luck with google and there doesn't appear to be a search feature on 
the cmake pages.
