[CMake] FindOpenGL help

I tried asking this question earlier, but it seems like I magically got
unsubscribed from the mailing list. I really have no clue what I'm doing
with CMake and I need to get openGL linked to my project. I messed around
with FindOpenGL earlier and I just couldn't get it to work. A little bit of
code and/or a helpful direction would be, well, helpful. This is for a Win32
project, not sure if that makes a difference. Thanks ahead of time.
