[CMake] CTest continuous build

Hi,

I made a simple CTest script to perform continuous build but there are some
things I don't get:

1) CTest is only probing the SVN for change and when there are changes,
files aren't updated. Instead, CTest tells me there is an error is some xml
file and cannot parse it.

2) CTest does not perform the build when the project is up to date (even if
the lib doesn't exist) (I have to verify if it does it when there is
changes). Is there any way to tell CTest to always perform the build ?
