[CMake] using SOURCE_GROUP

Hi Neal,

That doesn't seem to work for me - does 'subgroup' need to be created
beforehand somehow? The following works for me:

    SOURCE_GROUP("Test" FILES a.cpp a.h)

but this doesn't seem to:

    SOURCE_GROUP("Source Files\\Test" FILES a.cpp a.h)
