[CMake] Different compiler with cmake in Visual Studio Solutions

I want to create a VS8 solution using cmake, but I want to use a different
compiler (in this case MKS frontends to the microsoft compiler, so in the end
the cl.exe will be called, but not directly). 
 
I have defined the CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER correctly, but this is NOT used by the
solution. 
 
Any ideas of how to do this?
