[CMake] another name for Qt4 qmake

Ok, so 
1) check for qmake
2) if found, check that it's a Qt4 qmake
3) if not, check for qmake4
4) if not found, check for qmake-qt4

I'll try to sync the both FindQt4.cmake a bit in the next days again.
