[CMake] Newbie question

But the comment says it was fixed in 1.8.   I am not sure why it says 
won't fix.....
Anyway, I am actively working on getting spaces to work in the source 
tree.  In fact,
CVS CMake should be mostly working (except for QNX right now....)
