[CMake] .txt file extension

While this argument is true, two things:
-on windows it's just easier if it has the txt extension
-even on UNIX, you get used to it very quickly :-)

P.S. kate/kwrite/kdevelop come with CMake syntax highlighting since KDE 3.4 I think.
