Hum as far as I know BINARY RPM works this way
but not SOURCE RPM am I wrong?

CMake/cpack 'binary' package only includes installed target which seems
fine to me.

Nevertheless I miss a cpack RPM generator, and already ask if
someone was planning it here but got no answer.
