[CMake] Make dist?

To clarify,

I have a basic solution based on an old ML posting that finds tar and runs 
that via a custom target, however I need to be able to not include all files 
from the dirs, eg, CVS dirs and other ones that are not needed to 
redistribute outside of CVS.
