[CMake] Using cmake's UsePkgConfig

Curious. It seems that my hackery with the libraries was not necessary 
after all. Well, chalk it up to a newbie mistake. Thanks a lot. To 
compile any real GTK+ program it's necessary to not ignore the cflags, 
though.
