[CMake] additional modules required for building KDE

Hi, 
 
here http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/KDE/kdesdk/cmake/ you can find stuff 
which is required for building KDE4 using cmake. 
am2cmake is a script which converts a autotools-based source tree into a 
cmake-based source tree with special support for KDE3 and KDE4. 
 
In kde3/ you can find modules required to build KDE 3 software. 
In kde4/ you can find modules required to build KDE 4 software. 
In modules/ you can find generic modules which test for various software 
packages or which add special functions (e.g. CheckPrototypeExists.cmake, 
which is just a tiny wrapper around CheckTypeSize). 
 
In the medium turn they should go into cmake cvs.
