[CMake] Installed project with shared libs

I tried, but I cannot configure:

CMake Error: Cannot find the CPack executable
CMake Error: Internal CMake error, TryCompile generation of cmake failed

I just rebuilt CMake from CVS. The 'make install' did not install the
cpack binary, only ccmake, cmake, and ctest. Is cpack now required?
