[CMake] Copying Files on Windows

And where's your libQtCore4.dll you want to copy? And all the other
libQt*.dll's ? There is not a single libQt*.dll and never will be (at
least not before Qt5 when TT maybe changes the naming scheme for their
shared libs on windows) ;-)
