[CMake] Generator for Codewarrior on Mac OS X

Hello,

I've read that there was an initial attempt but it seems that it is not on the CVS anymore.
In the changelog it says :

* Source/: cmGlobalCodeWarriorGenerator.cxx,
cmGlobalCodeWarriorGenerator.h, cmLocalCodeWarriorGenerator.cxx,
cmLocalCodeWarriorGenerator.h: ENH: now use xcode instead

So I wonder why Codewarrior is not supported. Do you plan to add it to CMake ?
