[CMake] SPECIFYING THE DEPENDENCY BETWEEN NON-C FILES

Ken,

I made a small sample CMakeLists.txt to reproduce the case with the
same pattern and tested it to check the result and found out that
there is no problem.  Therefore, I tried my original project again and
it also had no problem in Makefile as I expected.

I am deeply sorry for the previous email with my wrong assumption that
the version 2.2.1 beta contains a bug.
