[CMake] Debug/Release switch like VS in KDevelop

Hi,

I wondered if there is a way to switch between debug and release build 
as easy as in visual studio? Currently I'm switching between those 2 
builds by modifying CMakeCache.txt. Does anyone know if there's a way to 
do this in Kdevelop?
