[CMake] New Makefile generator in CVS

As a warning for those using cmake from CVS. I just checked in a new Unix
Makefile generator (version 3) I also made NMake and Borland inherit from
this. This generator still has some rough edges so be careful. By default on
Unix the old one is still used. Depending on how many problems the new one
has I may move Borland and NMake to inherit off of the old one for a few
more days until I resolve them. I'll be working through the remaining
problems over the next few days.
