[CMake] Error when configure

I am new here.
 
I want to use Cmake build VTK.
but when I follow the instructions to configure, following error occurs:
"Generator: execution of make failed.
 
The C compiler "bcc32" is not able to compile a simple test program
The system can not find the file specified"
 
Can anyone help me?
