[CMake] GET TARGET PROPERTY(TYPE) ?

Hi,

how about this patch ?

It adds a property "TARGET" which can be queried using GET_TARGET_PROPERTY()
and returns EXECUTABLE, SHARED, STATIC or CUSTOM.

Do you still plan to do something about bug report 1790 ? It deals with
convenience libraries/querying the objects of a target.
