[CMake] Nightly Updates

Am I the only user running nightly updates on MacOSX 10.4 (Tiger)?

For compatibility testing reasons, most of my machines are running  
10.3 (Panther) and they work just fine.

However, me development system, running 10.4.1, cannot resolve the  
correct update time for a nightly update.
It always comes up with 11:59 PM rather than the specified sync time.

Perhaps there is something else "wrong" with my system. Can anyone  
else confirm, or deny, this behavior on "Tiger"?
