[CMake] the remaining problems with compiling KDE with cmake

Wow, this would rock ! 
Do you think this might still make it into cmake 2.2 ? 
 
It would be nice if cmake 2.2 would have one of the two options 
implemented, this would give me better selling arguments for using cmake 
as build system for KDE :-)
