[CMake] Qt4 support

What is the status of support for Qt 4 in cmake?  I see from the
archives that a few people have got it to work by writing their own
FindQt4.cmake files.  Is any of this going to be put into cmake 2.2?
Now that Qt 4 is officially released, we are anxious to use it.  We
would hate to roll our own CMake commands only to dump it later for
whatever cmake eventually provides.
