Reading the archives, it looks like there have been Emacs modes and Vim
modes of varying quality, utility, and support for editing CMakeLists.txt.

I can't vouch for any of them.  I don't use these editors; in fact I hate
them.  But if you're into Emacs or Vim, these could be a basis for a "tool,"
or otherwise assist you in your learning curve.

We do know we need better docs and tutorials.
