[CMake] prevent executable stack?

Hi,

gentoo warns now if libs are built containing executable stack - which seems
to be sometimes the case with building libc with cmake - or did I do
something wrong? I am not an expert on this matter... I just know my openal
lib build with executable stack, but alut not...

I know that I can manually deactivate it via:
execstack --clear-execstack

but I think there are linker flags to achive this, as well. So I guess cmake
should do it on its own?

Cheers,
