[Cmake] does the GENERATED property work ?

The problem is that cmake complains that qthread_moc.cpp doesn't exist, 
although the macro QT4_ADD_MOC_H_FILES from the file Qt4.cmake says it is 
generated using ADD_CUSTOM_COMMAND. 
 
Any hint why it doesn't work ? 
 
(yes, the strange directory layout is intentional and necessary, see my 
last post regarding ecos)
