[Cmake] Failing tests in AMD64

Can you submit a dashboard?  You should be able to just build cmake,
then run ./bin/ctest -D Experimental.   That should run all the tests
and submit the results to the cmake dashboard:

I can then take a look and try and see what went wrong.
