[Cmake] *.inl as files in projects

Hi,

We are using file like  "smrtptr.inl" to initialize templates, these 
files are nicely added to the VC projects.
( in the same way header files are added to a target )
But on Linux i get an error:

CMake Error: Unexpected file type /path to/smrtptr.inl

Is there a way to allow those file also on Linux?

Else i need to make switches, which i prefer not.
