[Cmake] How do you get Cmake to work with MinGW?

Hi, I would like to use Cmake with MinGW. I've
searched through the mailing list, and it looks like
people have had success doing this. However, I can't
figure out how to do it.

I run the CMakeSetup.exe and then set my
CMAKE_MAKE_PROGRAM to where my mingw32-make.exe is
placed (environment path has been set to include this
directory too). I set the build for Unix Makefiles.
When I hit configure, I get the following error:

The C compiler "gcc.exe" is not able to compile a
simple test program.
It fails with the following output:
 process_easy: DuplicateHandle(In) failed (e=6)
F:/GNUtools/MinGW/bin/mingw32-make.exe:
Interrupt/Exception caught (code = 0xc0000005, addr =
0x4fe5c7)

CMake will not be able to correctly generate this
project.

Can anybody help me with this?
Thanks
