[Cmake] Visual Studio External Links?

I am using VC .NET2003 and I wish my project has some
external links. e.g., a text file that I record my
ideas/work progress, an ITK source file that I often
read, etc. It has nothing to do with compile, but just
an easy link for myself.

Without cmake, I can just right click the "solution"
and "add folder/item". Is there anyway to put that on
cmakelists.txt? 

I can let cmake generate a "solution" then add
manually. But if I do that, whenever I need to use
cmake to update the solution, I lose them all.
