[CMake] Cmake configuration errors

If you set environment variable WXWIN
you can help cmake to find the right library. (See FindwxWindows.cmake)
Let it point to the directory where the wxWindows .lib file can be 
found, e.g
D:/wxWin242/lib

Please note using slash '/'  instead of backslash '\'.
