[Cmake] Why does ADD_JAVA_LIBRARY use "*.class" to build JAR files?

FYI, I've found a bug with the patch... the .class files for anonymous 
inner classes don't get picked up  . If/when I get this bug fixed, I'll 
submit a new patch via the bug tracker.
