[Cmake] vtk-4.2.2 installation under cygwin

Hi everybody.
When trying to install vtk-4.2.2 (linux version)under cygwin I get the 
following error:
CMake error: error in cmake code at
/home/van/localsoft/localcvs/vtk/vtk-4.2.2/Common/CMakeLists.txt:223:
Unknown CMake Command "VTK_MAKE_INSTANTIATOR2()"
The same with the rest of directories: Graphics, Imaging...
Does anybody know how can I solve it??
