[Cmake] FindFLTK.cmake

[Bill Hoffman]

I just tried a test and ${VAR}/.. works as a search path
for FIND_LIBRARY.

1. What is the full name of the fltk library that it is not being found.
2. What OS are you running?
3. What version of cmake are you running?
