[Cmake] How to create custom project configurations for VisualStudio?

Hi,

I would like to use CMake to generate additional project configurations that use the Intel C++ compiler, rather than the default MS compiler. Something like 'Debug - Intel' and 'Release - Intel', in addition to just the plain 'Debug' and 'Release'. Does anyone have experience with the Intel compiler and know how to do this?
