[Cmake] CVS build problems

I'm trying to build cmake from cvs. I checked out the latest about an hour ago, 
but get the following when trying to bootstrap. Suggestions as to whether this 
is cmake cvs problems or my setup welcome. I'm running on the latest Cygwin.
