[Cmake] Linux binary version 1.6.6-2 is available

Hello, all:

I've created a new cmake 1.6.6 binary release tarball for Linux.  It
should fix the

  "Error opening terminal: xterm"

problem with ccmake.  The new tarball can be downloaded here:
