[Cmake] CopyFile errors

Interesting... My dart and cmake are fairly old.

Well the errors started appearing last night on my dashboard, which they
completely trash.

I haven't updated cmake, but I do do use the CVS version of Dart - so maybe
the fault is in dart. However, when I run cmake by hand, I get the errors
like

CMake Error: CopyFile failed to open input file
"/home/work/dart/vxlbin/face_picker/fpick/tools/Makefile.tmp"
CMake Error: Error Writing
/home/work/dart/vxlbin/face_picker/fpick/tests/DartTestfile.txt

When I try to write to these files by hand I get no problem.

Dare I ask, has cmake been trojanned?
