[Cmake] Issues and new ideas

I was thinking more along these lines:

FIND_LIBRARY(LIB_PATH foobar)

IF(LIB_PATH)   - succeds if not (IGNORE or NOTFOUND, or empty)
   do something
ENDIF(LIB_PATH)
