[Cmake] Linker specific flags?

Hi

I've just noticed that there are no linker specific flags (at least for 
Windows).

Can I add some sort of CMAKE_LINKER_FLAGS to 
CMakeWindowsSystemConfig.cmake, and add some "ADD LINK32 
CMAKE_LINKER_FLAGS" to the dsp templates ?
