[Cmake] cmakecvsroot

Hello, all:

It has been a month or two since I moved the cmake repository from
/insight/cmakecvsroot to /CMake/cvsroot.  I have now removed the symlink
so that /insight/cmakecvsroot will not work.  If you still have a checkout
of CMake from the old location, you will have to edit the "CVS/Root" file
in every directory to change the location.  You will also have to do a cvs
login with the new root.
