Summary:                    document behaviour for repeated calls to
target_link_libraries()
Description: 
Repeated calls to target_link_libraries() result in adding a new item to the
list of libraries.
That's not obvious and probably should be documented, especially as it's on one
hand useful, and on the other hand may be misleading.
