Summary:                    Installer creates duplicate entries in "Programs and
Features" (Add / Remove Programs) when installing upgrades
Description: 
I previously had CMake 2.8.5 installed. When I installed CMake 2.8.6 over it, I
now have 2 entries for CMake in my Programs and Features section of the control
panel in Windows 7

Steps to Reproduce: 
1) Install CMake 2.8.5
2) Install CMake 2.8.6
