You may install kwstyle
http://public.kitware.com/KWStyle/
this may already be in you favorite linux  distribution repository.

 and then configure git local hooks:
http://www.cmake.org/Wiki/Git/Hooks
look for:
git config hooks.KWStyle true

such that kwtyle is run as a pre-commit hook.
