Description: 
The documentation at
http://www.cmake.org/cmake/help/cmake-2-8-docs.html#command:include_directories
refers to the variable CMAKE_include_directories_BEFORE which has no effect. 
The variable CMAKE_INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES_BEFORE produces the correct behaviour.
